1. What data we process
- Telegram ID and username, the fact and date of consent to the terms.
- Your Telegram name and profile photo, so the administrator recognises you in the management panel and in support; the photo is refreshed once a week, and a photo hidden in Telegram’s settings is not downloaded.
- Access parameters: term, traffic allowance, total traffic used, key identifiers.
- Orders: plan, amount, payment method, the payment ID at the payment provider.
- Support requests and replies to them.
- Referral links (who invited whom) and promo codes used.
- For the trial in the SHILLGRAM app, a hash of the device identifier, so that the trial is given once per device. The identifier itself, the IP address and history are not stored.
2. What we do not collect
The history of visited sites, traffic content, DNS queries and connection IP addresses are not recorded on the VPN servers: connection logs are disabled in the server software.
3. Why and for how long
The data is needed to grant and renew access, account for payments, provide support and prevent abuse. The bot’s data is stored encrypted, and the encryption key is kept separately from the database. Backups are kept for 7 days. The account and related data are deleted within 30 days on request to support, except for payment records, which are kept to the extent required by law.
4. Who receives the data
- Telegram — processes the chat with the bot under its own rules.
- Payment providers (Platega, CryptoBot, xRocket, Telegram Stars) — receive the data needed to process the payment: the amount and the order number. Platega also receives an anonymised payer identifier — not the Telegram ID.
- The server hosting provider — sees that a network connection to the server exists, but not the traffic content inside the tunnel.
The data is not sold or passed to other third parties except as required by law.
5. Your rights
You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion via @shillsupport, stating your Telegram ID.
6. Security
VPN keys are individual and can be reissued on request. The subscription link is personal: do not forward it to third parties. A VPN does not provide absolute anonymity: sites see the server’s IP address and your account logins.
